As a senior citizen, still having to work hours from home to support myself, I consider living here a major contributor to my contentment and peace and joy. A wonderful train goes by three times a day, crossing Green Valley Parkway right within my view at my desk. It makes me feel a part of the busy lives out there. A life like I used to have. ...are lovely planted flowers up by the mailboxes and entrance in to the property welcoming visitors and making the tenants feel like where they live is their home. The few times I have had maintenance come in to my unit, they are courteous and very efficient and come prepared with the right tools and parts. I've recommended this approximate 400 unit property to many friends and aquaintences knowing I would never regret assisting them in making this choice to have their home. I have COPD so I rarely go out and the office graciously accepts packages that are postal deliveries. They even put notices in our mailboxes to come get them. I have sometimes had to leave them there for a full week and even then, they are happy to see me and greet me with warmth often assisting me out to my car. This is my home and I hope to be able to comtinue to earn that extra amount over my social security and prescriptions to stay here until u can no longer care for myself. My apartment itself us a lively layout 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a lanai that includes storage closet. My master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and my bath a large tub and shower with double sinks and ample counter space. I cannot say enough positive things about living here at Pacific Island.
