March 1, 2024Rivers landing is a great place to live I particularly love the in unit laundry and the quietness of the neighborhood. If I had one critique it’s that the apartment complex has a serious water bug issue and something needs to be done. I cannot leave my home after dark in the warmer months because they swarm the doors and parking lot area. November 8, 2023Rivera Landing has been one the best places i have lived since moving to Va. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. Whenever i have a question about something dealing with maintenance they answer immediately. If it needs to be fix or replaced to my liking it’s done in a timely matter. I’ve never experienced anything as friendly,and very professional until my family and I moved here. I will say the way everything is going and how it’s never a problem living here. October 25, 2023The community is awesome. I’ve loved my place since i moved in, the maintenance team is probably the best part of the whole living experience. Timed responses, quick turn around, efficient! Never lived a place where the needs are taking care of so quick.
