DO NOT LEASE HERE...MOLD
October 25, 2025First off, we moved to this area from Louisiana and ran into a lot of issues here, the most important being mold. (I'd list all if there wasn't a character limit) I heard and saw water leaking out of our AC unit door and under our baseboard. I contacted maintenance. They finally arrived. He looked at it and essentially said it was a fluke. That it had been storming and that's where the water was coming from. Mind you I lived on a ground floor. The next time I requested maintenance was when I ...noticed a leak on the ceiling and the baseboards had watermarks on them. Maintenance ignored that one. I sent in another request of the same concerns and more water on the floor. They finally arrived days after the request and unfortunately our kids jammed something in the keyhole and they could not get into the ac unit door to inspect so they said they would be back later. When they came back I was breastfeeding my infant and could not answer the door. Instead of calling to schedule a time and fix a potential mold problem, they marked the request as complete. Then one night of deep cleaning my home, I noticed visible mold growth on the wall. I again sent in a request and they ignored it for 2 weeks... I forgot about it being in the newborn trenches until I was deep cleaning again and saw it in the same closet but it grew significantly. I immediately sent another request in, and bought an air purifier to help rid of the mold spores in the house. I called the next day around 3 pm to ask them why they have not come to cleanse my home of mold yet and confirmed that both the front office and maintenance look at the requests and choose what gets prioritized. So, overall the front desk ignored TWO visible requests over the course of 2 weeks for mold growth until I made a phone call at 3 pm.. then they finally sent maintenance. Turns out mold was growing in the walls and they still never pulled the baseboards off to be sure it wasn't growing under them either. It wasn't until I found and contacted their regional manager (only competent person) that they finally started to show they "cared" about our well being. I sent requests about potential mold and actual mold growth for a little over a month; according to the leasing policy, they need written notice of mold. The request is a written request and they still ignored me twice. They literally put my family at risk because of negligence.Property Manager Responded

Stay clear
March 28, 2023I didn’t have hot water for o we a month so finally moved out. Manager left a vacant apartment open for me one night so I could shower. Police activity with drug deals and gun shots was normalized .you would think a new apartment complex would be safe to live atProperty Manager Responded

Its Okay
October 7, 2022These apartments were rushed to be built. They have many defects where they cut corners to get them built. The baseboards need caulking, bug keep coming in to the apartments. have a lot of bugs, spiders, ants, crickets and cockroaches. The force to pay for a third party delivery service that we do not need, want and or use. You are forced to pay $16.00 a month to this company that has an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau. September 14, 2022The apartments are overpriced for the level of service management provides. It takes for ever to have service request to be completed and it seems like these apartments were rushed to be open without the appropriate services in place. I dont understand how maintenance is never on site or there isnt an emergency crew.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2022Prose Horizon has a wonderful community and apartments, but it needs a lot of work, this being an apartment run by Greystar I doubt anything will be resolved. Concierge trash rarely picked up, fetch is a solution that just creates more problems, blinding light shinning into your windows all night, and mostly incompetent staff.Reseña de Apartments.com
