June 4, 2025This property is terrible, the owners are broke, the property is not maintained, residence are not happy, you can hear your neighbors closing their cabinets, the first thing I want to see if there’s any issues is that they cannot guarantee your safety on this property so why do we have security from 10 PM to 4 AM? Why do we have gates? Why do we have key fobs? If you cannot guarantee my safety? What is the point of all the safety features? This place is a walking lawsuitProperty Manager Responded

When it comes to safety, while no property can guarantee complete protection, we’ve made several efforts to support a secure environment, such as having security patrols from 10 PM to 4 AM, gated entry, and key fob access. These features are intended to help residents feel more at ease and add an extra layer of security to the community. We also understand that things like noise and maintenance can be frustrating. May 12, 2025You definitely do not want me to spread the word about my experience. I think the structure and design of the facility as built is absolutely great. A new pet policy would be the place that I would want to live because there’s not enough effort going into keeping the place clean and cleaning up after these disgusting people.Property Manager Responded
