Great place to live!
August 29, 2025Apex is clean, well-maintained, comfortable layout, modern facilities, amazing views and lots of natural light. What's really important though is the staff. Candace, the office manager, is unmatched. She has amazing attention to detail and she always seems to be three steps ahead of any problem before it even lands. She makes time to be available—she’s present, always ready to help and handles everything with a calm confidence and grace that makes everything smoother. June 4, 2025This property is terrible, the owners are broke, the property is not maintained, residence are not happy, you can hear your neighbors closing their cabinets, the first thing I want to see if there’s any issues is that they cannot guarantee your safety on this property so why do we have security from 10 PM to 4 AM? Why do we have gates? Why do we have key fobs? If you cannot guarantee my safety? What is the point of all the safety features? This place is a walking lawsuitProperty Manager Responded
