  • Great place to live

    We had a new property management company, Arbor take over after I moved in and they are wonderful. Our property manager, Viktorya is excellent. She treats the tenants like family. I planned on staying here one year but instead I have just signed my third lease. My decision to say, is due to the fantastic management and maintenance staff. This is a quite, safe and well maintained property. I just love living at the Park at Deerbrook.

  • Awesome Apartment and New Management

    They have so many different amenities. The new manager they have in the office is super sweet and helpful. I think her name is Vicki or Victoria. Any time I had a question or problem she was able to help. She even has her husband doing maintenance work.

  • The most horrible place where I lived in my life

    When you rent the place they assure you that they do not allow smokers and that if it happens they will take care of solving the problem. All lie!!! We lived for a year with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana inside the apartment, we complained repeatedly and they never did anything to solve the problem, on the contrary, we even brought an employee to smell the apartment and did nothing, another employee just told us he looked indifferently and with an annoyed face. Above us lived a lot of ...
    people with children who cried all night, they put the washing machine at 3 in the morning it was impossible to rest and sleep. Worst of all, we notified him 60 days before the end of the contract that we would move, they told us that they would give us the paper to sign; As the days passed and they did not send us the paper, we went to complain and they told us: "I'm sorry but you have to pay for the days that pass." We had to pay four more days of rent, even though we always paid on time and left the apartment in perfect condition. no kind of empathy or consideration, a very bad experience and super expensive for the service they provide. P.S. If I could I would give it 0 stars.

  • Worst place I have ever lived

    The staff IS HORRIBLE they take forever to process maintenance request and literally forever for anything else! Require a 2 month notice before lease ends or the charge you $2,826

    Love living at Park. I have been here since the new company took over. I love living here. The girls in the office are always so helpful and if i need anything they are quick to find me a solution. The man that works here keeps the place so clean and it's always quiet. I have not had any complaibts at al ince being here.

    I have living here 2 years an I love it. It’s very clean, close to the mall. I love that is close to restaurants. The apartment inside is very spacious and has washer and dryer inside.
