We lived for a year with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana inside the apartment, we complained repeatedly and they never did anything to solve the problem, on the contrary, we even brought an employee to smell the apartment and did nothing, another employee just told us he looked indifferently and with an annoyed face.

...people with children who cried all night, they put the washing machine at 3 in the morning it was impossible to rest and sleep.
Worst of all, we notified him 60 days before the end of the contract that we would move, they told us that they would give us the paper to sign; As the days passed and they did not send us the paper, we went to complain and they told us: "I'm sorry but you have to pay for the days that pass." We had to pay four more days of rent, even though we always paid on time and left the apartment in perfect condition. no kind of empathy or consideration, a very bad experience and super expensive for the service they provide.
