The common areas are filthy, The bathroom grows mold, the hot water is hit or miss and they do not care about their tenants safety.

Avoid this place
June 24, 2024
I could write a book of the never ending onslaught of problems with this place. Currently, I'm 12 days without hot water and zero communication from the office. In fact, the number they provide goes to a 3rd party and they never return calls. Same for the email system. And if you have a problem with your bill because they mysteriously add fees. Good luck getting that fixed because again you cant actually talk to management.
