    We have lived here for approximately 8 months. We are very satisfied with their customer service and a quick resolve whenever we have had maintenance issues. It has always been the next day and the maintenance workers are always responsive and kind. The Nick and the management team are also timely in their response and go beyond and are very helpful whenever we have had concerns with mail or parcel deliveries. Overall, would highly recommend the Ridgewood by Windsor.

    "The Apartments are beautiful & spacious - the Balcony gives it Charm! The neighborhood is serene & quiet even right off the main roads! Near all shopping, malls, restaurants. The location is excellent - the garage is a nice added Bonus! But we admit - it was the staff who Welcomed Us that put it over the top! Highly recommend this community for its professionalism, warmth, location, and attentive team!"

    Overall, it's a pretty good complex. The mail system is annoying at times as packages can end up in three different places. I don' really care for the lazy people that can't seem to throw trash in the chute and leave it on the floor or the lazy people that continue to smoke on the fourth-floor stairwell and put their cigs out on the walls. I would pay a little extra to have cameras in those places. Seems picky but I do pay a lot to live here. Thanks.

    The community is conviniently situated in the heart of Fairfax city with most services within a commutable distance. The staff is very professional and friendly and will go an extra mile to provide solutions to any issue. The apartments are clean and fitted with an inbuilt kitchen, fridge., washing machine and dryer. Move in is very convinent and the space is well maintained.

    Specifically for the maintenence team: I have requested maintenance several times now and every time it is fixed very promptly, the very next day. The service people are always very polite and quick with their work. Seriously great job!
