January 8, 2026We have lived here for approximately 8 months. We are very satisfied with their customer service and a quick resolve whenever we have had maintenance issues. It has always been the next day and the maintenance workers are always responsive and kind. The Nick and the management team are also timely in their response and go beyond and are very helpful whenever we have had concerns with mail or parcel deliveries. April 8, 2025Overall, it's a pretty good complex. The mail system is annoying at times as packages can end up in three different places. I don' really care for the lazy people that can't seem to throw trash in the chute and leave it on the floor or the lazy people that continue to smoke on the fourth-floor stairwell and put their cigs out on the walls. I would pay a little extra to have cameras in those places. Seems picky but I do pay a lot to live here. Thanks.Property Manager Responded

The staff is very professional and friendly and will go an extra mile to provide solutions to any issue.
