    I lived there 2 years.. Zero stars!! Water bill is 120$ across board so enjoy showering washing dishes etc! everyone gets charged the same.. They never answered the phone!! You have to call a lot of times!!! Or even for days! Apartment next door sold illegal substances they never did anything, They knew there was a lot of people living in there that were not part of the lease they never took care of the situation! They never fixed my Ac,It was hot all summer in the master bedroom! I complained ...
    many times they never did anything.. Also when you move out don’t clean your apartment, They will claim you left it dirty! And make extra charges in order for them to keep the deposit.

    The management staff is very respectful and kind to the residents. I just moved over here and they showed me the best hospitality that no other apartments showed me. I really appreciate their kindness and warm welcome.

    What brought me here was living somewhere close by where you had to figure out when they were going to cheat or con you out of something? The Management here at Summit is Fair. They're honest, the girls in the front office will do everything they possible can to make you as comfortable as possible. The area is gated, that keeps out a lot of riff raff, the security officer does a fine job at night.

  • Bad Communication Bad Service Worst Place Overall

    So if anyone has been wanting to move to these apartments then don't . If I could of put a -1 star I would have. The staff is rude. If you have a maintenance problem you have to call them multiple times before they will send anybody out to fix anything. Last summer my air wasn't working and it took them days to come out and fix it. Mind you its Texas in June so it was dangerously hot. I'm a good tenant. I pay everything on time. Just recently, I took a vacation to Chicago and I ended up double ...
    parking, because every car that was parked around me was double parked, and it was the first time that I was able to park next to my apartment without having to take a long walk with it as well. I flew in late last night and got home and notice that my car was missing. The apartment complex had towed my car Monday night, mind you I've been gone since Saturday. I had to pay almost $400 to retrieve my car and didn't make home until almost 2am after spending most of my day at the airport with no sleep. Early today I went up to the office to discuss the rules, regulations, and so forth. Briana told me their was nothing they could do about it. Mind you I'm a good tenant. She then proceeded to tell me that I had open spots around my car. I left Saturday morning at 6am the parking lot was still full, no one gets up that early on a Saturday morning therefore their were no spots when I left that morning to leave. So I then proceeded to ask Briana so this is how you treat good tenants she stated we're enforcing the rules, we sent out notices, which they didn't by the way. As I was leaving out the office Briana asked me what apartment number I stayed in, as if lying about being a good tenant. I told her not to worry about it. That's another problem with this complex, they always claim they send out notices but we never seem to get them. By the way I woke up this morning and it was about 6 cars outside my apartment that were double parked and nothing has been done about them. I'm pretty sure when I get home from work they'll still be there too. Don't stay here!
