I have been understanding of a lot: MURDER occurred and the then assistant manager told me "you should move if you don't feel safe," when I talked about moving out, office has been broken into three times since I have lived here, maybe more, and my money orders were stolen, and you can only have heat or ac so now that we finally have heat after it SNOWED, now it's hot and the now manager, Emilio, could not care less. He's cold and rude saying "i regret to hear that," about everything. Ya
...whatever. He treats every convo like a huge inconvenience so it's no surprise half of the staff quit when they got rid of Alex. At least she cared and did everything she could even if heartless greystar said no. Laundry machines are disgusting and always broken no matter how many times you report it, SO MANY CARS BROKEN INTO, laundry stolen from at least 5 of my neighbors, they threaten you about your patio and I don't think even the "groundskeeper" knows what she does. I am looking forward to moving out. I hope they level this place. The two redeeming things are maintenance guys and by interstate.
