1. Issues with Flood Twice: About 10:00 in the morning of January 25, when the wash machine in my apartment would not stop flowing water to the kitchen, I immoderately reported the management. It was not just leaking and was strong stream of water. However, until the residents below my unit in the downstairs reported "emergency" when the water was leaking from their ceiling, about 4:00 in the afternoon on the next day, nobody came to my apartment to even look at the situation. ...of my belongs and furniture, including many area rugs, five bookcases, and others, in the kitchen, the dining room, the hallway, and some parts of the living room were completely soaked in about four inches of water. Finally on February 4th, the maintenance person fixed it. However, the wash machine was letting water out again. All of the carpets, belongs, and furniture got completely wet again. When I wanted to discuss this issue with the general manager, he did not admit any negligence on the management part. Moreover, he did not even give me any chance to talk to him. Instead, he just left me as soon as he finished repeating whatever he wanted to say. He has been very rude and disrespectful.
2. Issues with Mice: On January 21th, I reported that I saw a mouse in the living room of my apartment. The next day afternoon, the management came to put mouse traps. However, in the morning of January 25th when I reported hearing a crying, whining, struggling mouse that was possibly dying at late night of 24th, no one responded. Yet, the website indicated that someone had already resolved the issue on January 26th, which is not true because I never left the apartment on both 25th and 26th. I finally saw a maintenance person on April 4th when he removed the first mouse that has been dead under the oven since January 24th. Since then I have found five more mice, and four dead mice have been found and removed by a worker after I repeatedly requested to do so.
