    Unfriendly staff, poor handling of maintenance requests, elevators and access doors often break down, poor pest control protocols, there are ants and roaches indoors, and low water pressure. Also, security features are very questionable, often outsiders breach into the building and start soliciting or wander around in a very bizarre manner.

      Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and would like to clarify a few things. Pest control is offered weekly and only enters homes upon a resident request, this protocol is typically the same throughout the state of Texas. If certain common areas of the community are reported as having a pest concern, these areas are added to the service log for the week as well, for attention and treatment. Maintenance usually completes work orders within 24–48 hours, unless emergencies take priority, new parts are being ordered for residents, or residents add restrictions to entry of the home which typically causes a delay in resolving, as the maintenance team does experience unpredictable priorities throughout the day. For security concerns, we encourage residents to report solicitors or unusual activity to the office or courtesy officer after hours. We’re here to help and welcome the chance to speak with you directly to address your experience.

    This apartment complex offers excellent value, combining a prime location with a very competitive price. Apartments high-ceiling , featuring spacious rooms and ample closet space. Amenities like gym, pool, work spaces are very good and well maintained. The quick and efficient maintenance team, along with robust security (including secured parking and building entrances), ensures a comfortable and safe living experience.

    Windsor is a beautiful place to call home. The amenities are gorgeous and ample. The apartments are spacious and feel luxurious. Sometimes residents can be a bit of a nuisance (but that’s anywhere). I feel lucky to have called this home.

    The comms system is just so bad. Specifically on the maintenance side. The maintenance people are amazing but the 3rd party system governing all comms between maintenance and residents makes things really flustering. Also, the lack of governance and fine enforcement for garbage violations makes the hallways disgusting. There are a few bad eggs here that ruin everything. It's been ok in the winter, but once it's hot, this garbage pileup from violators will get bad. Also, so many things just keep ...
    breaking. The doors between the buildings and garage constantly don't work. The elevator keeps breaking. And the staff downstairs not being able to answer a yes-no question on whether units have CO meters really concerns me.

    I have recently moved in in aug 2024. Its been 1 month now, initially i had some issues with the apt but the management took care of it very diligently. I like the community vibe and the amenities provided here. Just one issue with my apartment is my neighboir upstairs makes lots of thumping noises, the floor creaks when they walk. Trying to live with that. Apart from that i would rate this place a 8/10 for the overall experience.

    I have lived at the Windsor for about 8 months and everything has been smooth sailing since the day that I moved in. I have not had any issues other than two routine maintenance work orders that were completed in a very timely manner. The staff has always been very kind and helpful whenever I have needed any assistance!

    Within 3 days of move in, the entry gates were broken and I had $4000 worth of valuables were stolen from my vehicle in the parking structure. Security locks are broken in the stairwell, and trash pickup will jar you awake like a freight train passing your window at 7am every weekday morning. Dogs bark all day. The guy above me has a dog that runs around all day long trampling into my ceiling. It feels like I’m living in an industrial trailer park. Don’t live here. I regret it every morning ...
    the 100 decibel garbage collection starts.
