December 9, 2025The only thing I want to say is the poor soundproofing. Every night I'm tormented by the frequent and extremely loud noises from the apartment above. This terrible soundproofing is due to the hard flooring upstairs. When I first moved in, everyone had carpets, so the soundproofing was acceptable. However, after the new residents moved in and replaced the carpets with hard flooring, the nightmare began. I'm requesting a professional team to resolve this problem.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2025Comfortable and generally safe-feeling community. Grounds are clean and I’ve never had any serious pest issues in the 6 years I’ve been here other than the normal forest insects. Recent utilities/trash/pest/sewer billing has skyrocketed and is ever-fluctuating, so make sure to factor into your monthly budget an extra $100-$150 for those. I’ve checked out comp properties nearby year over year and always decide there’s more value here than most similar neighboring properties. July 7, 2025Communication (via email notification) is very good for announcements or updates to the residents. Windsor Creek is always making improvements to the outside area grounds. Maintenance teams gets the completed job right the first time. One issue -- trash bin in the parking area overflows. No fault to the Windsor Creek Team but some trashy residents just don't care where they put their garbage trash bags.Property Manager Responded
