Worth a Look
December 17, 2015I came across Meridian Plaza while trying to find an apartment that offered a downtown feel without downtown prices. The building has a great historical charm and a true community feel. The common area is well maintained (cleaned weekly on Sunday nights). Each of the main units (I've been in) while similar have their own appeal. The building is secure with cameras on the entry ways and security gates for the parking lots. The tenants demographics are all over the place and provide for a lot of ...fun. We all make a point (or at least attempt) to know who are neighbors are which provides a great sense of community. A few of us have even become good friends. I've had very few maintenance issues with my unit specifically but when called for a minor issue, maintenance addressed the issue in 24 hours or less. The 24-hour emergency maintenance experiences have been fantastic. I've had to call twice after hours/on the weekend but each time I had a polite phone call within 10 minutes to confirm the details/situation and each time they have been on site within about 30 minutes of the phone call.
