There are spots in NYC that arent sonic boom magnets
August 26, 2015Anyone who's spent any time in NYC knows the noise, the stress, the general mayhem can wear you down. MY building and this hood are almost like an oasis amid all of the chaos. Its technically "two bridges" although I just say lower east side, a quiet neighborhood, my building abuts a Catholic Church and has a yard with a gigantic community garden in the back. My apartment features a bedroom at the back of the building facing the garden, you would never even know you're in NYC it is so quiet. ...Building features laundry room on premises,(often one machine will be down, minor inconveniences like that) the building also features a gym, and Bike storage room, and elevators. management company can be a little annoying but what landlord is perfect?. Rent is not cheap by any stretch, in fact its somewhat expensive, but it IS New York, that goes with the are code.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
