Elevators are good, rooms are generally fine, washing machine is bad. If you get a good deal on rent, would recommend. Especially good if you don’t have to sublease for summer

The apartments are fully furnished with big enough rooms for a student. Includes spacious kitchen and a TV. Haven't had any rodent/insect issues. Occasional wifi issues but gets solved quick enough. Overall, great experience so far.

Many things were good but my bathroom was poor when I moved in. Kitchen stove and microwave was also dirty. Amenities are good and the environment is peaceful

Some units aren't not inspected well prior to new move-ins, there are so many maintenance issues. We had broken cabinets, dents in desks, broken refrigerator shelves, mildew on floors, etc. The management is working to fix them.

I really love living here. I highly recommend this place to others especially if one does not own a motor vehicle. Every thing here is convenient from Publix grocery store, the gas station right next door and all of the restaurants are walking distance.
