October 7, 2025The apartments are fully furnished with big enough rooms for a student. Includes spacious kitchen and a TV. Haven't had any rodent/insect issues. Occasional wifi issues but gets solved quick enough. Overall, great experience so far.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025Some units aren't not inspected well prior to new move-ins, there are so many maintenance issues. We had broken cabinets, dents in desks, broken refrigerator shelves, mildew on floors, etc. The management is working to fix them.Property Manager Responded
