The Palace is located on upper King Street in Hampton Park / Central neighborhood, a 3 block walk from Hampton Park. I am a short walk or bike ride to some of my favorite local restaurants such as Rodney Scott BBQ, Butcher & Bee, Moe's Tavern and Little Jack's Tavern. Plus, I can easily get to my favorite weekend brewery ...hang-outs, Palmetto and Revelry Breweries, to meet up with friend. The onsite property manager, Jennifer, is always available to answer questions and take care of misc maintenance items. Plus, unlike all other apartments on the peninsula, The Palace has parking spaces!!!!Read More

We are 2 minutes away from our gorgeous Hampton Park, minutes away from the historic Downtown Charleston and we are in walking distance of pretty much everything. We are minutes away from Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, North Charleston, and James Island where our beach is located.
