Horrible management service

Engaging with the community manager is a nightmare. For a new building, the construction is horrible, you can hear your neighbors conversation, the walls are extremely thin. The windows have never been cleaned, even though it is floor-to-ceiling. The kitchen and bathroom are nice, the closet space is a joke though, even if you have a larger one bedroom.

Management a mess and maintenance issues all the time

There have been so many maintenance issues for such a brand new building it is embarrassing and ridiculous, it never ends. Management is not even up to par with their communication skills and competency. Makes things so much more stressful. I truly don't recommend choosing this building. A pig in sheep's clothing.

Worst building management and construction
November 23, 2020
The building was built with the thinnest walls and you have a very high chance of having your living room directly next to someone’s bedroom. You cannot do anything in this building. You can’t have any friends over as they will tell you to keep it down constantly. You can hear everyone’s conversations from the hallways. I do not recommend moving into this building at all.
