At first glance, this apartment building isn't the most glamorous. Look a little closer and you won't be absolutely impressed. However, there is one big KEY aspect that will make you think that this is the next best thing after Nutella. Convenience. The apartment building is located not even a minute away from a supermarket, a Korean BBQ restaurant, a bakery, a café, a Pho restaurant, a Subway, and a hair salon...need I say more? find a bus stop in very close proximity. The apartment offers spacious rooms, a large living room, dining area, full bathroom, and kitchen. One drawback to the kitchen is that the oven is not functional unless you use it to hold your pots and pans. The bathroom has a shower and a tub, for those who just can't choose. One surprising plus is the closet space. There is a lot of it! The neighborhood is quiet for the most part if you don't mind the occasional helicopter hovering or Salsa music from the neighboring building once a month.
