There are way better options. No amenities here. Developer cut corners on everything, cheap appliances that broke all the time, cheap paint that would chip or mark with the slightest touch, air bubbles in the hardwood floors. 1 parking spot per unit. Street parking is terrible and we got parking tickets all the time. The entire building always smells of smoke. Property management Jennika is rude, condescending and manipulative. Also very expensive for not offering anything. At their price point ...

you can live anywhere else in Noho Arts with way more.
