the apartment has issues with flooding, that the landlord hasn't fixed. I was the first tenant to move in after they remodeled the apartment. I took the landlord to court and the court found 58 violations of the apartment.

I've been living here for 20 years and I love it here! The neighborhood is good and I love the people who work here. They always help me in a timely manner when I have issues in my apartment. The building is always kept clean and neat. They put fresh paint about once a year so it always looks new. The only complaint I can't give is that during the Winter, sometimes the heat comes in pretty late but other than that I can't see myself living anywhere else.
