The owners are crooks and thieves

Goldberg, which owns this property, tried to steal $3000 from me by forging a check I sent to them i.e. someone at Goldberg Realty turned my check for one thousand and fifty dollars into four thousand and fifty dollars by changing the one I wrote on the check into a four. .The company is now trying to say it has no record of receiving the check, but Wells Fargo (my bank) processed the check and was prepared to take the money from my account, clearly showing that Goldberg had it and tried to ...

cash it. Luckily I was able to stop the check before they took the money. Wells Fargo agrees that it was fraud. I would be happy to send photographic evidence that the check to Goldberg was forged and that Wells Fargo processed it to anyone who requests it. Goldberg also tried to steal an additional $500 from me by inventing a $500 pet fee after I moved out that was never disclosed to me previously. They also charged me a ridiculous amount ($150) for cleaning my apartment that was 90% clean. They withdrew the pet fee and lowered the cleaning fee only after I started posting negative reviews of them on social media. They are crooks and thieves. Stay away!
