Roaches that management knows about and blames the tenant for. Dirty,broken cabinets. The laundry room doesn't have a dryer and has been locked permanently for months due to people shooting up in their. A lot of drug dealers. management put down roach poison before I moved in a blamed me for making a mess with it and that they didn't put it there. When it rains it comes in under the door. detectors are old and broken and they won't replace them. Got in trouble for little kid drawing on the sidewalk with chalk. Oh and the lights outside are broken and they won't replace the bulbs because "they dont have a ladder" and so you can't even see the lock to unlock your door at night. Dont live here it's not a good place unless you have a fondness for roaches
