Avoid
October 18, 2022Lived here for over a year, First management was ok but not great. New management took over about two months into my lease and these people are some of the worst individuals I've had to deal with. It took over 9 months to get a work order solved, there's more to fix but I'm not dealing with them any longer and am trying to move. On top of that, the rooftop patio cannot be properly approved under building guidelines. Noise from the roof just ripples throughout the entire building like a drum. They ...have constant contruction that is without permit and sets off the fire alarms at least 8 times in the 3-4 months. Avoid this place at all costs unless you just want to burn money and live miserably.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible New Mangment
July 1, 2022Been living at this property for 3 years now and went through the management change. Power Property Management are the new owners of this building and are the absolute worst. They are slow to respond to any type of request and constantly trying to get more money out of its tenets. The apartments are great. Spacious and comfortable. Too bad management doesn’t care about their up keep.Review from Apartments.com
Yikes
February 5, 2022Maybe this used to be a good apartment complex but it isn't anymore. The building is a passable apartment complex, but the current property management company is asleep at the wheel (Power Property Management). We moved in this month, and on the day we received the keys for walk-through the apartment was not in move-in condition. Smoke alarms were beeping, the sink was clogged, electricity was out in one bedroom, the microwave was non-functional, and the washer and dryer had mold/slime growing ...inside. They clearly cut corners in preparing the apartment for move-in and it shows. The property management company is slow to respond or non-responsive, and ineffective when coordinating repairs or service to the unit. If you're looking to move to the neighborhood, look elsewhere. If you happen to own this property, consider finding a new management company as this current team is giving your tenants plenty of reasons to live somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible New Management
November 3, 2021After living here for 7 year, I'm really sad to be writing this review. The building recently got bought and it's in shambles. It never gets cleaned, packages are constantly stolen, the lawn never gets mowed. The inside courtyard hasn't been trimmed or managed for three months. The building always smells like garbage. The floor of the lobby is always sticky. The roof lounge is constantly covered in trash because no one is taking care of it. Maintenance is slow and unresponsive. It took two months ...of a leaking AC, before it got fixed. Since the handover of management, leases have been lost and paperwork mismanaged. Management is slow and unresponsive. It's such a shame because this building use to be great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Way over the top

Awesome place to call home
December 13, 2018I have been living at Azure for over a year now and have loved every moment of it. The apartments are well built and management does a great job with routine maintenance to keep each unit in tip top shape. Whenever a light bulb goes out or we need something checked out, they are quick to tend to it and they come in while we’re at work so by the time we’re back everything is fixed. Underground reserved parking spots are a plus, the rooftop patio is great, and the people that live here are all very ...friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
