Little haven in North Nashville
August 16, 2018With rent prices these days, it's hard to find a place to love that's both budget-friendly and great to live in. I've lived here for 1.5 years and don't plan on moving unless I need to live out of state. I've had a few problems here and there, but they've been taken care of almost immediately by the great staff there. North Nashville can be sketchy at times, but I have never once feared for my safety.Review from Apartments.com
Great place for a good price
August 16, 2018I was here from 2014-2017, thee years and have nothing to complain. They keep the apartments in good condition, perform quarterly inspections and make sure everything works. If you have a problem, the property management (Jim) takes care of it right away. I have known Jim and he's an awesome guy. Do his duty in timely manner and is polite and cordial. Also, Shannon who's handling the property does an tremendous job. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
