August 16, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comWith rent prices these days, it's hard to find a place to love that's both budget-friendly and great to live in. I've lived here for 1.5 years and don't plan on moving unless I need to live out of state. I've had a few problems here and there, but they've been taken care of almost immediately by the great staff there. North Nashville can be sketchy at times, but I have never once feared for my safety.

They keep the apartments in good condition, perform quarterly inspections and make sure everything works. If you have a problem, the property management (Jim) takes care of it right away. I have known Jim and he's an awesome guy. Do his duty in timely manner and is polite and cordial. Also, Shannon who's handling the property does an tremendous job. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a great ...place in booming Nashville, this is the place.Read More
