This location is up and coming, trying to be hip. My apartment is renovated, which is nice but we don't have smoke alarms or smoke detectors. The light fixtures in the ceiling keep falling out and is a liability. One of our windows does not close all the way. I constantly hear extremely loud music outside at night from my bedroom. I am unable to sleep at night, which is a HUGE issue. I heard a fight outside one night too. I'm constantly being catcalled, harassed, made fun of, racist comments ...

towards me by the people in the neighborhood that have been living there for a few years or a long time. People are not friendly at all. I also have seen a few cockroaches in my apartment and it's a really clean place. So this is basically torture for me and I'm not happy. =(
