This place was cute and we were hoping to move in soon after we saw it, but the management takes many days to respond to emails, wanted to charge us $200 to clean the apartment before we’d even moved in, showed it with unprofessional paint work and scuffed walls, and then hesitated about letting us repaint. gone against what they told us about processing one application at a time, and taken another while ours was in process and we were trying to respectfully work through these things with them, and decided to rent to other applicants instead because they were “willing to take it right now,” even though we were trying to do just that and responded promptly to all their messages. We are disappointed because we liked the unit, but honestly it would probably have been infuriating to deal with this low level responsiveness and unreliability with them as our landlords.
