We have lived here for 5 years and it's been just awful. The walls are caving in. There was a mushroom growing out of the wall in one room and I'm sure there is mold growing behind the paint. Our living room walls bow in when you push on them and I've got one caving in. I've tried to get the property manager to fix it for years. We got broken into last year and they still haven't replaced the screen. But it's inexpensive. And so we stay.
