I like where it is located, its located near the beach ,there is a giant laundry mat facility right across the street from my apartments, taco truck across the street so when you are hungry and you don't want to cook, you can buy it cheaply. We have two liquor stores nearby, thrift store, body shop very nice people, restaurant. you to afford a refrigerator and are willing to work with you on payments, if something were to go wrong you can always call them up and they'll fix it for you for free, or they will let you put that same money from your fridge that didn't work towards another refrigerator that does work which is good , my refrigerator is very good , Hesters appliance also works with my property management company to help fix my apartment for inspections, my apartment manager also works with the property management company, my apartment manager is very nice to my family and I. Im very happy here my neighbors are very nice, my apartment manager she likes to play ball with all of the kids residents outside in the yard, I have never seen an apartment manager do that but she does it for fun, and it helps. Mc Donalds kids can play in doors 3 story mat with a built in slide inside Mc Donalds my kids made friends with other kids I really liked it, its a perfect place on a hot day, my kids can still go and play, then we have a laundry mat near Mc Donalds where they have a little play area like a little gym with a built in tv inside of it, impressive, with a miniature carousel , its neat because my older son can and I can watch her play in the little gym because the washer machine is not even a foot away, then they have a computer if you wanted to look up things near the carousel and the washer machine, on the other side of the washer mine they have a miniature arcade area. All of this makes it so much easier to live here.
