Spacious 3/4BR in Great Location
August 13, 2015Our apartment is a wonderful location in San Francisco, as it is very close to downtown, while also close to the Marina, Russian and Nob Hill, and Pacific Heights. The backyard is spacious and sunny, complete with a hot tub! It's biggest downside is that it is not rent controlled, so you are at the mercy of the market and could have the rent raised at any point. In addition, the fourth bedroom is really a den, with a sliding door and about 120 sq. feet.Review from Apartments.com
