Poor Management
July 27, 2021This building is poorly ran. The main door is open for everyone to access which has lead to a package stealing problem. Many people including me and neighbors have had packages stolen over and over. The building is also very unsanitary and always smells because it’s rarely cleaned. Please look elsewhere all they care about is the rent at the 1st of the month. Lastly, if you have any issue be prepared for it to be ignored completely.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Management Company
July 27, 2021There is a major theft problem occurring in this building for now over 2 years. Packages are stolen out of the lobby daily in broad daylight. The building management refuses to change the door and lock at the entrance of the building. If you do not want your mail and other packages stolen, do not move into this buildingReview from Apartments.com
Former tenant
July 28, 2018The building has internal problems-heat issues and major water leaks. Management does not rectify issues. Look elsewhere!!!! The owner used several construction companies and you can easily see the consequences of his negligence. Do your research and look at reviews before you move in.Review from Apartments.com
