The apartment is nicely maintained and the interior is above the price tag your spending. Theres the positive. The negative; The neighborhood and management are less than desirable. There was a murder on the street corner during our tenency and thr homeless tend to use the wall of the building as a bathroom. Management has also made the exit laborious. They do not honor verbal agreements made multiple times and they add things to the lease exit conditions. It has soured our whole experience. I ...
