I look forward to coming home to peace and quiet. The building is truly solid. I can hear my neighbors enter the building.... but once their in their apt I can't hear anything, that's a BIG deal for me. My apt is adorned with lots of windows and natural light, which helps keep energy cost down. Centrally located to downtown, great restaurants a beautiful park, the YMCA . A lovely place to call home. Thanks to the owners for the pride and care they take in this classic estate. Grb

Perfect Location

This is the quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in, and I rented my first apartment in 1993. This building was built in 1938, so it uses window AC units. I’ve never had window units before, but I like them. My highest power bill this past summer was $42! Great location too. I love being able to walk to Hanes Park and the YMCA. Having assigned, covered, off-street parking here in the West End is also very nice.
