Construction on property at 133 Concord Street, Brooklyn, NY

I just happen to work near the building construction now taking place on this currently Grey painted building and I am admiring the location and the potential for this property. Next to a storage warehouse and new construction going on at the opposite corner on Jay Street (possibly a new luxury Apartment building--not sure yet), however, I've been admiring this building and I can't wait to see what the workers are doing with the roof top. It looked like at first that they were renovating the ...
rooftop to make possibly a new lounge or hang-out. But now, It looks like they may be actually making an additional floor or floors building up and possibly adding more floors to the unit. I can not really tell yet as the workers have just begun renovating it. They are doing a really magnificent job thus far adding a nice red brick wall all around the roof. I would love to live at this location because it is so accessible to downtown Brooklyn and very close to all transporation routes i.e. subway A, F, C trains. Very close to Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges and just minutes away from Manhattan. They appear to also be gutting most of the building and renovating the individual units as well. I can only tell but so much looking out from the window where I work. Good luck on all the construction and hopefully I will be able to take a tour of the place when it is finished.
