WORST management/landlords ever!

The landlords are very inconsiderate of their tenants, doing loud construction work themselves in the empty units non-stop. They close doors loudly, stomp up stairs, let paint fumes into my apartment, the list goes on and on. Everyone else can be courteous and polite to one another’s private days, but they do NOT care, they don’t live there so it’s not their problem. The landlords wrongly accused me of leaving an oil stain in the parking area. I insisted that it wasn’t me and they argued until I ...

followed them to an oil stain under a car that wasn’t mine and a spot I don’t park in. They will assume the worst, and blame you for anything that goes wrong. Could it be be that things aren’t properly installed and that’s why an issue exists? They take no ownership unless prompted and try to make tenants feel like things are because of them.
