Horrible maintenance

I am highly disappointed with the way the building is being managed. I can speak on behave of a majority that stay In these buildings that there's a lot that has to be done to clean up these properties. To start, the people that are being hired by management to cut the dog parks grass are very unprofessional. EVERY SINGLE time the grass is cut, there's a lot of grass being left laying around. The dog park hardly ever has Doggy bags. The building is under, "construction".The workers that were ...
hired have left large broken bricks in the open, prone for kids to get hurt with them.
Im very surprised that the barbecue area hasn't caught fire. The grills are covered in grease and any one who uses it always has a crazy fire going on. Any moment those grills will start a fire that will be hard to put out. Not to mention the grills are covered in ants that also makes it difficult to clean up since there is no sink anywhere near the barbecue area.
One of the rules on the list in the barbecue area say to throw away all trash in the receptacles, but there isn't a trash in the barbecue section. Property owners should take a visit to the buildings themselves and observe how there properties are being managed.
