Avoid Ultimate Realty (Sabbagh)
March 30, 2026Just lived there because it was the only affordable option in the area. There were numerous recurring issues -- no hot water, roaches, and bedbugs to name a few, that were consistently ignored. The landlord (ultimate realty and management choice ny) showed no regard for tenants. The front door of the unattended building was broken for weeks, allowing a homeless person to walk freely through the building with no response from management. There were also illegally rented rooms with no windows.Review from Apartments.com
