Old home with great location!

The location is fantastic. Just 3 block from Capitol Square! You can see the lakes just down the street, and it is within walking distance to the Willie St. neighborhood. The home itself could use a lot of work, but that is common with any old home. There is a very large eat-in kitchen and a great porch. The laundry situation is pretty bad with coin laundry in a very dark, damp basement. The 1st floor is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath. The rooms have very different sizes with one being the largest by far, ...

but with no closet space. Other than the basement, there are no storage options.
