We are an 18-unit building in the heart of Sherman Oaks. It is perfectly located right near where the 101 and the 405 intersect which means you can get anywhere quickly, except for the fact that this is Los Angeles. But, in theory, we are near everything! We are a walk from a fabulous park with a running trail, tennis courts, soccer fields, little league, basketball, and I'm sure other sports that I don't pay attention to. I hesitate to call us an '18-unit' because it would be more aptly named an ...
'18-family.' We all know each other well, and because of that, the place feels incredibly secure. We have building parties, and we often spend the weekends unit hopping and hanging out with each other. We have a heated pool which is often the setting for our soirees, as well as a rec room attached where we workout and sometimes toss up the occasional disco ball when we need to get funky. So, we jokingly refer to our building as the Melrose Place without the drama, which means that nobody would want to film us because nothing juicy is going on. Just a lot of schmoozing, laughing and friendly neighborly fun.
