Been living here 5 months and I’m ok with the place. The location is ideal to be near downtown Atlanta, but just far away. The renovations are great, the interior is clean and modern and overall well done. No community amenities such as pool or fitness center, so if those are deal breakers, these aren’t it.
Gripes: No sound proofing whatsoever in these places. I can hear my next door neighbor’s dog barking and howling. I ca hear them walking up and down the stairs. I can hear my downstairs ...
neighbor’s conversations as if they were in the room next to me. When they have their TV or music on, I might as well be watching it with them. I really hope they fix the soundproofing with their next buildings they’re renovating.
Management is pretty good at what they do and maintenance has been excellent with any issues I’ve had.
The biggest attraction to these apts are the interior design and the pricing. Unfortunately, I am considering breaking my lease and finding a better place to suit my needs for a quiet, relatively sound proof apt.
