Also we had a final walk through and nothing was said about any of the cleaning that they claim they had to pay for. I cleaned this apartment with bleach for two days straight. We were charged $25 an hour X 10 hours (supposedly) to clean our 1 bdroom apartment. Statement included cleaning the heater, drawers, light fixtures, ect, which again was cleaned. This apartment was old when we moved in and we still treated it as new. I don't know how they sleep at night. I am so upset but I will let karma bite them. TAKE PICTURES when you move out. They will rob you. We have gotten every security deposit back after moving from any other apartment. So pathetic. To add, nothing was said during our walk through. Supposedly everything was okay. Also this apartment hallway stinks, which we have also made written complaints about. I called the apartment manager, her name is Susie and she is nice until you move out and try to get the money you deserve for cleaning. Then she will hang up and act like you don't exist.
