DON'T RENT HERE
November 16, 2022Here is why you shouldn't live here: - The landlord is EXTREMELY slow to respond to any issue. And since this place is super old and never been renovated, there are A LOT of issues. It once took 2 months before I had a working AC unit. In the middle of summer! - Not only is the landlord extremely unresponsive, the "property manager" is even worse/slower - I moved into a "move in ready" apartment that was actually in absolute shambles. She apologized because she never even did a walk through. ...There were holes EVERYWHERE that had to be repaired after I moved in. Meaning painters were in my house getting dust and paint all over my furniture. She did give me half off rent the first month for it, but I only had her repair/paint the living room since that's the space you spend the most time. Then tried my best to conceal the rest of the apt with decor. I obviously knew I wouldn't be there long. - No pest control services so keep your doors closed at all times because the mosquitoes are horrific around that house. It's a serious issue. - I couldn't get out of here fast enough, and you should run. Rent is crazy high right now, but I can 100% assure you that your money is way better spent somewhere else. - The worst part is that the landlord will completely screw you out of your deposit.
