Built in the 1950's, it is a mid-century walk-up style building with apartments surrounding a beautiful shared courtyard. The apartments are 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms with carpet or hardwoods. Select units offer city views. The building is located in a quiet part of Lower Queen Anne, close to the Space Needle and Kerry Park. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as bus lines. Shared laundry machines are located on-site. Our residents enjoy a large common area courtyard including a lawn, paved patio with plenty of tables and seating, and reserved gardening areas. The courtyard offers panoramic views of downtown and Elliott Bay! Reserved off-street carport parking spaces available for an additional fee. Cats are welcome, restrictions apply. Utilities: Water, Sewer, Garbage tenants pay RUBS utilities: their unit's share of building consumption. Electric tenants pay metered usage directly to Seattle City Light.
