This place is cheaper than most in the San Jose area for a reason. You get what you pay for. Nothing is updated, coutertops are old and look dirty even when cleaned. Cabinets have unfinished wood so I had to line them with contact paper. Property management is very nice, but they didn't even have our place cleaned when we moved in. Our place is noticeably not balanced and has a slant in the bedroom. The parking spots have very inconvenient poles place right where your doors should open when you ...
park. I can keep going, but like I said before, you get what you pay for. I'm sure if we moved into a place paying 500-700 more a month we'd have granite and a clean place.
