We had a difficult time when we first moved into the building dealing with the management company and trying to get approval. I guess that's how it works in NYC though. WE have a newly renovated apartment in the building which is amazing! I never want to leave it. The building super is very helpful and nice and the building is in a fun and safe area. I do wish the rent was somewhat cheaper though.

This is the perfect building if you want to live in a very central location with easy and convenient access to subways (five minute walk to Grand Central), restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and a few fun boutiques. The apartments are very spacious and some fully renovated. I live in a two bedroom, converted three, unit and all the rooms are still HUGE.
