So unprofessional, they just take your $$

It doesnt take 2 weeks to let someone know if they got the apartment or not. They just take your money for the "credit check" which never happens. No phone calls, no emails. Having constntly ask the manager whats going on and "its not my fault" answer. The level of unprofessionalism is amazing.

This complex is the worse when it comes to there management. Have emailed and called multiple times. No response. Very rude. Don't rent here unless you like to be ignored.

My apt. is located in the northern side of Santa Ana.. Its a very Quiet townhouse style Apt. complex.. It has a walking distance to all your shopping centers.. and some local banks...And some local Schools.... Very Close to All your major Freeways.. Its also a pet Friendly Community..... Sincerely:
