I have lived her for over 4 years now. I plan on staying, it’s been pleasant and I’ve had no issues with management. Excellent place to live, close to the beach and good food!

this is the very same unit i moved out of. they never want to fix anything. i had no mac during the whole summer the upstairs was like walking into a huge oven.The manager is useless basically to spy on the tenants. The owner sucks. they also do not give you back your security deposit.
