BE AWARE- Horrible place to stay

Poor amenities (unreliable laundry and constantly broken elevator) and extremely unprofessional and inattentive maintenance people. The landlord would come into your apartment without your knowledge all the time, and you frequently find yourself in the awkward situation where your landlord just suddenly opens your door with his key.

It is a great location, but it is not a good place to live. The carpeting is dirty and the on-site laundry/dryer unit is not reliable. The building relies on electrical heating, which means expensive electricity bills during the winter. The elevator does not always work.
